The Inside Story - DVD

Peter Hill, founding Chairman of The Friends of West Blatchington Windmill, Hove, guides John Collins, a new member, through the mill and relates how he became part of the team of volunteers that have been involved with the renovation since 1977. He explains the chronology of milling from prehistoric times up to the period when this was a working mill and the story of the mill including the painting that John Constable produced in 1825.

Learn about the machinery and how flour was produced plus many anecdotes and other surprising facts. This is not only an invaluable source of information for those who would like to volunteer at the mill but also offers a fascinating opportunity to sit back and enjoy a tour of this unique windmill.

Each DVD costs just £6.50 for members (£9.50 for non-members), with all proceeds going towards the upkeep of the Windmill.
