West Blatchington Windmill

We took part in this festival for the first time this year. The idea was to celebrate the purpose of the mill and continue to raise our profile in the community.
We opted to represent the letter ’F’ for Flour and used SWEEPS for our ‘star’, WHEAT EARS for ‘tinsel’, FLOUR BAGS for ‘ornaments’ and FLOUR for ‘snow’. With a little tableau to represent Mill life.
There was a competition, in which I am pleased to announce we came 2nd. (by 3 votes)
